We are seeking an accomplished Finance Operations Leader to oversee end-to-end financial operations. This role requires expertise in managing cash flow, accounting, and data governance to provide real-time insights for informed decision-making.

  • The ideal candidate will oversee the entire financial operation lifecycle, from cash management and working capital utilization to ensuring correct recording of actuals in books of accounts.
  • This includes developing robust MIS dashboards and reports on shipments, collections, profitability, and cost structures.
  • The successful candidate will drive profitability analysis at shipment, vertical, and entity level, highlighting key variances vs budgets/forecasts.
Accounting Discipline

Our organization is committed to upholding high standards of accounting discipline across all financial functions, including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations.

  • The Finance Operations Leader will partner with internal teams and auditors to ensure transparent, manipulation-free reporting.
  • Liaising with Sales, Operations, and Tech teams to ensure visibility of shipments, receivables, and obligations.

A strong MIS and Accounting background with expertise in financial data analysis and reporting is essential for this role.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA / MBA (Finance) with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in finance operations, MIS, and profitability tracking, preferably in logistics/supply chain-intensive industries.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, data modeling, ERP systems, and MIS dashboards.
