Financial Operations Manager

The role of a finance executive involves managing the financial operations of an organization, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience in the finance field.
Responsibilities include:
- Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, including GST and TDS filing, and preparation of returns.
- Audit Coordination: Collaborating on quarterly internal audits and annual audits, liaising with external auditors for smooth and timely completion.
- Payroll Management: Overseeing payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement while adhering to statutory requirements.
Key qualifications include:
- B.Com or M.Com degree is preferable.
- Prior work experience with a CA company.
- Core knowledge of accounting and experience in the finance field in service businesses like marketing/ad agencies.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Proficiency in Tally & Zoho books.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and Pvt. company financial compliance.
- Strong communication skills to deal with day-to-day business finance matters.
- High level of integrity.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proactive attitude
