About the Role:

The Global Finance Manager will support the US Controller in overseeing financial operations across multiple international offices. This role ensures the accuracy of financial reporting, adherence to global regulatory requirements, and the development of efficient financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

    2. Support the preparation and accuracy of financial statements for all international offices in compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, and other applicable standards.">
    3. Assist with timely month-end and year-end closing processes.">
    4. Coordinate with external auditors to support audit requirements across regions.">
    5. Collaborate with tax advisors to ensure compliance with global tax laws, transfer pricing, and intercompany transactions.">

  3. Budgeting and Forecasting:

    2. Participate in the global budgeting process and assist in consolidating financial data across regions.">
    3. Monitor financial performance metrics including cash flow, profitability, and budget variances.">

  5. Multi-Currency Book Management:

    3. Ensure compliance with currency conversion policies, FX rate applications, and related accounting treatment.">
