Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development of ERPNext applications tailored to our organization's specific needs.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust and efficient ERP solutions.

They will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions, as well as developing custom modules, features, and enhancements within the ERPNext platform using Frappe framework.

Additionally, they will integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and other systems to optimize data flow and business processes.

Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices is crucial.

Developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies to maintain solution stability and reliability is also essential.

Maintaining detailed technical documentation including code comments, technical specifications, and deployment guides is a critical task.

Requirements
  • 4 to 10 years of professional experience as a software developer with hands-on experience in ERPNext customization.
  • Strong proficiency in Frappe framework development.
  • Expertise in front-end technologies: JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and team members.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working in ERPNext implementation or support projects.
  • Familiarity with Python and backend Frappe framework knowledge of database management and SQL.
