Job Title: Software Development Professional

The primary objective of this role is to leverage expertise in .NET Core, .NET Framework, and C# Web API to develop custom code required during the development phase of projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Development: Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using a range of programming languages and technologies.
  • Debugging and Optimization: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex software issues through thorough debugging and optimization techniques.
  • Issue Reproduction and Analysis: Reproduce reported software defects, examine logs, and utilize SQL queries to retrieve and interpret relevant data.
  • Database Development: Create and maintain efficient database systems, including stored procedures and views, based on custom logic.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in client services, technical support, product operations, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing SQL queries for basic data validation and investigation.
  • Experience analyzing application logs and debugging customer-reported issues.
  • A strong understanding of Security Reference Master software product functionality, especially in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable information for cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking and support tools (e.g., Fogbugz, Azure devops, SVN).
