Key responsibilities include reviewing tender specs and preparing comprehensive bills of quantities (BOQs) for mechanical and electrical items. Additionally, they will be responsible for purchasing components such as motors, gear boxes, compressors, etc. and evaluating vendors to negotiate rates and payment terms.

  • Purchase Manager: Must have a strong background in project management, preferably with experience in HVAC projects
  • Professional with expertise in BOQ compilation, supplier identification, estimation, and costing
  • Seasoned professional with extensive knowledge of electromechanical purchases for project sites nationwide
