Workday Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Workday integration specialist to join our team. As a highly skilled consultant, you will design, develop, and implement Workday integrations with internal and external systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits. They should be proficient in EIB, XSLT Transformations, Workday Core Connectors Report as a Service (RaaS) integrations, and Workday Studio.

  • Develop custom reports and dashboards in Workday using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), XSLT Transformations, and Workday Studio.
  • Create advanced Workday reports, including Composite, Matrix, and other custom reporting solutions.
  • Optimize existing Workday integrations and reports for efficiency and clarity.
  • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Workday data.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a diverse, fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.

This is a remote contract position with a minimum duration of 6 months. The successful candidate will attend weekly meetings with the Global Team and work collaboratively with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop documentation, including report specifications, processes, and user guides.
  • Support the team by providing coaching on developing integrations and reports.
  • Collaborate with Business stakeholders to come up with a reporting and integrations roadmap.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in EIB, XSLT Transformations, Workday Core Connectors Report as a Service (RaaS) integrations, and Workday Studio.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
