Job Title: Workday Administration Expert

We are seeking an experienced Workday expert to join our team. As a Workday administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Workday environment.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll modules.

  1. Workday Configuration and Maintenance: Provide day-to-day support for Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Performance, and Payroll modules, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  2. Business Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into configuration updates or reporting solutions.
  3. Report Development and Testing: Build and maintain Workday reports and calculated fields to meet business and compliance needs.
  4. Change Management: Conduct configuration testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end), support UAT, and ensure smooth deployment of changes.
  5. System Maintenance: Assist in ongoing system maintenance, including configuration updates, security, and data governance practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll modules.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Workday report writing, including calculated fields, strong troubleshooting skills, and ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Certifications: Workday certifications a plus.
