Workday Time Tracking Expert

As a Workday Time Tracking specialist, you play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and support of Workday Time Tracking solutions for our clients. You will contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Collaboration: Ensuring planning, organization, and governance setup are in place within the project framework.
  • Requirements Analysis: Conducting workshops to identify, analyze, and specify time tracking requirements with stakeholders.
  • Configuration: Drafting functional specifications and configuring the Workday Time Tracking module.
  • Progress Monitoring: Following up on configuration progress to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Testing: Defining and executing testing scenarios to validate time tracking solutions.
  • Deployment Support: Providing assistance during deployment and user support during the transition to Workday Time Tracking.
  • User Training: Delivering training sessions to users and contributing to change management initiatives.
  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday Time Tracking projects, including implementation, support, or migration.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Time Tracking module.
  • A strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in time tracking, attendance policies, and compliance.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training within Workday.
