Job Opportunity: Scrum Master

About This Role:
  • This role is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between different teams.
  • You will be managing project tracking and workflows using Jira (creating, assigning, monitoring tasks, and reporting).
  • Facilitating clear communication between stakeholders and providing timely project updates is a key aspect of this position.
  • You will also be organizing and participating in meetings, preparing minutes of meetings, and following up on action items.
  • Identifying risks, tracking dependencies, and escalating issues as needed to ensure timely delivery is essential.
  • Additionally, you will support process improvements to increase team efficiency and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal – are necessary.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders is essential.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities are also required.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
