**Job Description**


We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Network Documentation Specialist to create high-quality documentation that helps users understand and effectively use our networking software products.


This role involves working closely with engineers, product managers, and QA teams to produce user guides, API documentation, configuration manuals, and more.


The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of networking concepts, proficiency with documentation tools, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


**Key Responsibilities**


  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for networking software products.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and validate documentation.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with branding, style, and accessibility standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**


  • 4+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in networking or software domains.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, routing protocols).
  • Proficiency with documentation tools such as Git, Confluence, JIRA, and Adobe FrameMaker.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
