Fiserv DNA Core Banking Application Tester

This role requires a seasoned quality assurance professional with experience in the banking sector, particularly in lending and loan product development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing tests and defects using Jira or Azure DevOps and proficiency in SQL or Oracle for database queries.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead onsite-offshore testing activities and guide offshore teams on testing processes
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to understand test requirements, oversee test execution, and report results
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA professional in the banking sector, preferably with a focus on lending and experience in developing and managing various loan products
- Practical experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for managing tests and defects
- Proficient in SQL or Oracle, capable of writing and executing database queries for test data
- Previous experience working in an onsite-offshore model, with the ability to coordinate and guide the offshore team on testing activities
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work closely with project stakeholders to understand test requirements, oversee test execution, and report on results
- Hands-on experience with Fiserv DNA core banking application
- Prior experience working with credit unions, banks, and their associations
- Knowledge of test automation tool AccelQ
