As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for serving as a subject matter expert for banking applications or customer communicator management products. You will design and create letters/correspondence, interact with business users to understand new business requirements and enhancement requests, and work with the QA team to get sign-off.

]Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for banking application or similar customer communicator management product to design and create letters/correspondence.
  • Develop expertise in programming skills and Jira/Service-Now.
  • Interact with business users to understand new business requirements and enhancement requests.
  • Work with the QA team to get sign-off.
  • Write unit test cases of business requirement.
  • Create a release document and prepare user manuals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years of experience in IT industry.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in banking systems and/or operations, with a focus on Fiserv core banking systems.
  • Experience in design and/or development with .NET technologies like C#, JScript, and SQL Server.
  • Expertise in JavaScript.
  • Experience in writing SQL queries in DB2 database, Jira and Service-Now.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Good hands-on experience in version control (Git commands) and Bitbucket (edit/stage/commit process in branches, pull requests etc.).
