Job Opportunity: Experienced Flexcube Functional Tester

We are seeking an experienced functional tester to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and functionality of implemented banking modules through detailed testing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough functional testing of core banking systems, including retail banking modules such as CASA, Term Deposits (TD), Loans, and Payments.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams, technical teams, and business users to understand and validate functional requirements.
  • Develop and document test cases, test results, and issue logs to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Participate in end-to-end testing phases, including UAT support, to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
  • Support implementation projects, including travel or relocation as required, to meet project deliverables and timelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must have prior experience working on Flexcube Retail (preferred) or similar core banking applications.
  • Should have a good understanding of software testing principles and functional workflows in banking systems.
  • Hold an engineering degree in any stream and be willing to relocate for project implementation needs.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
