Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Pune, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Quality Engineers and ensuring the highest quality of our mobile apps developed using Flutter, iOS, and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Quality Engineers to ensure the highest quality of our mobile apps
  • Develop and implement testing strategies and automation infrastructure for large-scale system software
  • Plan, design, and implement testing strategies and automation infrastructure for large-scale system software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mobile app testing
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites using Behavior-Driven Design (BDD)
  • Teach Gherkin syntax to team members
  • Support and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing environment
Requirements
  • 1+ year experience leading Quality Engineers
  • 7+ years' experience overall working with distributed/remote agile product development teams
  • 7+ years' experience in software testing and writing software testing automation in one or more of the following: Java, C#, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
  • 7+ years' experience in one or more of the following: planning, designing, and implementing testing strategies and automation infrastructure for large-scale system software
  • 1+ year experience Mobile App Testing
  • 1+ year experience Flutter/iOS/Mobile Development
  • 1+ year experience Backend Services Integration
  • 1+ year experience Mobile App Deployment
  • 1+ year experience MDM
Preferred Skills
  • First-hand experience executing load, stress, API, and database tests using enterprise-level test automation tools
  • Expertise in at least one test automation framework, such as Selenium, Tosca, Playwright, TestComplete, SpecFlow, or similar – mobile test automation is a plus
  • Deep understanding and real-world experience building automated test suites following Behavior-Driven Design (BDD)
  • Able to teach the Gherkin syntax to others
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in fast-growing environments
  • Curious, resourceful, and eager to tackle new challenges

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $122,700.00-$255,600.00, depending on the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
