Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective quality assurance strategies to ensure high-quality industrial filters.
  • Lead efforts to maintain and enhance the company's ISO9001 certification.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within manufacturing and quality control processes.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain high-quality standards for raw materials and components.
  • Manage and lead the quality assurance team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on quality performance.
  • Oversee the handling of customer feedback and complaints.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the industry, with 5 years in a similar position.
  • Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes, laser cutting, bending, welding, and punching.
  • Well-rounded welding-related quality control background and knowledge of global quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
