Job Description:

At the forefront of our organization's growth, we're seeking a Content & Campaign Strategist to spearhead our brand narrative and drive business expansion through compelling, campaign-driven content.

This visionary will be responsible for developing and overseeing our comprehensive content strategy, while designing and collaborating on integrated marketing campaigns that directly support pipeline generation, product adoption, and brand awareness.

  • Conduct thorough analyses of our business goals, target audience, existing content, and competitive landscape to inform campaign and content strategy development.
  • Lead the development of campaign strategies in partnership with demand gen, product marketing, and brand, mapping content initiatives to specific business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Build comprehensive campaign and content plans aligned with the buyer's journey, incorporating SEO/AEO strategy, editorial calendars, social media, and user experience considerations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in developing and executing content strategies within a B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to research, plan, create, and measure the impact of content initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO/AEO best practices, user experience (UX), and multi-channel content distribution.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
  • Experience with content management systems, including headless content management systems (e.g., WordPress,), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and SEO tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

  • Familiarity with video production and editing.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Experience working with integrated demand generation or brand campaigns.
  • Understanding of content localization processes.
  • Experience with AI-powered content creation and optimization tools.
