Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Content:
- Create and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Develop compelling narratives around complex product and customer success stories.
- Creative Production & Campaigns:
- Design and manage decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and event materials.
- Partner with customers to create and amplify success stories through targeted marketing efforts.
- Social Media Presence & Outreach:
- Grow our presence across social media platforms.
- Plan and execute Ads and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise accounts.
- Promote thought leadership and customer stories across social platforms.
- Event Management & Showcases:
- Drive brand presence at Salesforce events, SaaS conferences, and partner showcases.
- Manage pre-event communication, on-ground branding, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
- Performance Measurement & Insights:
- Track performance of brand, social, and outreach initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strengthen brand positioning.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Tech marketing, with focus on branding, communications, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Ads, HubSpot, cold email campaigns, and ABM strategies.
- Experience creating impactful collateral and managing brand presence at events.
- A data-driven mindset with comfort in tracking and reporting campaign impact.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
