Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Lead to spearhead our compliance content development strategy. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving the research, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade compliance benchmarks and automation solutions across multiple regulatory frameworks.

This senior role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership skills, enabling you to mentor and develop a team of compliance content developers. You will be responsible for developing compliance strategy and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of 3-5 compliance content developers
  • Developing compliance strategy and roadmaps
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams

Technical Excellence & Innovation

You will have the opportunity to drive technical innovation in compliance content development, leveraging advanced scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, and Bash. Your expertise in Windows, Linux/Unix, macOS, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) will enable you to design and oversee development of complex remediation automation scripts and SCAP content.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching and architecting advanced compliance frameworks for emerging standards
  • Designing and overseeing development of complex remediation automation scripts and SCAP content
  • Leading technical reviews and ensuring deliverable quality across all compliance benchmarks

Compliance Expertise & Standards

As a Compliance Lead, you will require expert-level knowledge across multiple frameworks: NIST, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, STIG, GDPR, SOX, FedRAMP. You will also need a deep understanding of SCAP standards (OVAL, XCCDF, CPE, CVE, CCE).
