Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our public health research initiatives.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations across diverse industries, including technology, industrials, energy, chemicals, life sciences, and logistics.


  • Leverage secondary research and insights to collect, collate, and analyze data on different areas of public health, including maternal and child health, immunization, family planning, non-communicable diseases (NTDs), climate and health, and gender equity.
  • Manage and maintain databases and repositories, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately reflect the latest information.
  • Demonstrate expertise in data management, analysis, and monitoring & evaluation (M&E) activities.
  • Develop and execute research and MLE activities, including quantitative surveys and qualitative impact stories.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports, dashboards, visualizations, and other deliverables.
  • Design and deploy strategic tools and frameworks for conducting primary, secondary research, data collection, and M&E.
  • Evaluate and synthesize information from multiple sources, summarizing it in clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Stay current with the latest developments and trends, identifying relevant and reliable sources of information.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and optimal utilization of resources.
  • Support clients in managing their accounts and engagement, providing proactive solutions to business challenges.
  • Offer support to other teams as needed, including contributing to business development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7-12 years of experience in public health research, preferably in India and globally.
  • Masters/MA in Public Health or a related field.
  • Excellent consulting, research, MLE, data analysis, and writing skills.
  • Experience with strategy execution, measurement, review, and adjustment is an asset.
  • Strong oral, facilitation, and written communication skills.
  • Team leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Qualitative and quantitative knowledge with the ability to extract relevant data.
  • Knowledge of analytical and visualization software, e.g., STATA, R, Atlas ti, Power BI, etc.
  • Able to conduct literature reviews and systematic reviews and meta-analysis.
  • Independent work style with excellent time management and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
