Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead our software engineering projects and programs.

The successful candidate will manage program statuses, financial forecasts, risk tracking, team member communications, and ensure process compliance. They will partner with engineering, product, and internal business teams to ensure understanding of priorities, execution visibility, project delivery, and achievement of targeted outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage program strategies and plans in collaboration with engineering and product leadership.
  • Define and manage the scope, goals, and roadmap of software programs.
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple software development teams and technical team members.
  • Facilitate milestone planning and progress tracking.
  • Ensure cross-team understanding, visibility, and transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management in software engineering or related technical field.
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
