Project Execution Specialist

As a seasoned Project Controls Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of complex projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive understanding of project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks to drive targeted outcomes.
- Create robust Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for scheduling and progress measurement.
- Integrate work breakdown structures using scheduling software (P6) to produce an overall master schedule.
- Establish resources in Primavera and allocate man-hours to scheduled activities using those resources.
- Generate various schedule reports and determine the most suitable reporting format.
- Analyze project control reports, present findings, and provide actionable recommendations to the project team.
- Monitor project progress using Earned Value Management techniques.
- Ensure accurate budget tracking and forecasting.
- Demonstrate expertise in Ecosys or Cost Management tools.
- Effectively manage the Change Management System.
- Collaborate with team leaders and members to communicate project deadlines and facilitate interface between functional teams and project teams.
- Prepare detailed reports with accurate forecasts.
The ideal candidate should possess a B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech degree and have 3-12 years of relevant work experience.
