Job Title: NDT Specialist

Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented NDT Specialist to join our team. As an NDT Specialist, you will be responsible for undergoing structured training in various non-destructive testing methods, including visual testing, magnetic particle testing, liquid penetrant testing, radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing, acoustic emission testing, and eddy current testing.Responsibilities:
  1. Undergo structured training in various non-destructive testing methods and related theory, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
  2. Assist certified NDT technicians and engineers in performing NDT inspections on various materials and components at our facility and potentially at client sites.
  3. Learn to handle, set up, and calibrate NDT equipment accurately under the guidance of experienced personnel.
  4. Perform basic NDT tests following established procedures and work instructions.
  5. Collect and record inspection data accurately and efficiently.
  6. Begin to learn the basic interpretation of NDT indications and anomalies with guidance from senior team members.
  7. Prepare basic inspection reports and maintain accurate records of tests performed.
  8. Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, radiation safety procedures (if applicable), and company policies at all times.
  9. Learn about relevant national and international NDT codes, standards, and specifications applicable to the industries we serve.
  10. Actively participate in learning and identifying opportunities for improving NDT processes and techniques.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and potentially clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post Graduate Diploma in a relevant field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in NDT.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
