Chief Accounts Payable Manager

As a senior accounts payable specialist, you will lead the team responsible for managing vendor payments, team operations, process improvement, and compliance to ensure robust financial performance and accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Timely and accurate processing of all payments, vendor invoices, and expense reports.
- Developing and implementing payables policies and procedures for efficiency, compliance, and control.
- Leading a high-performing accounts payable team, including hiring, training, goal setting, and ongoing development.
- Reviewing, validating, and approving invoices; ensuring adherence to contractual terms and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records and reconciliations; overseeing month-end and year-end closing processes for payables.
- Optimizing payables processes, automation, and risk prevention controls.
- Preparing, analyzing, and reporting on payables metrics: aging, cash flow, forecasts, and performance.
- Coordinating with procurement, treasury, and accounting teams to ensure alignment and timely payments.
