Accounts Payable Management

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices. This involves:
- Accurately recording and processing vendor invoices in the accounting system
- Matching invoices with purchase orders and goods receipt notes where applicable
- Ensuring timely and accurate approval for invoice processing
- Maintaining vendor accounts and resolving any discrepancies or queries
This role also requires coordination with vendors for statement reconciliation, managing communication related to payment timelines and updates, and registration monitoring of all utilities payments in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in an insurance broking or insurance company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tally ERP
- Experience with Tally Prime is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
