Accounts Payable Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare expenses, stock & payments, and accounting payments processing via banks.
- Handle purchase orders & invoicing booking.
- Support MIS reporting, GST reconciliation, and monthly TDS payments.
- Prepare reconciliations of accounts with partners.
- Work on application of payments to vendor accounts.
- Monitor TDS deduction and ensure tax liabilities are paid on time.
- Analyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure accuracy & completeness of provisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in handling accounts payable.
- Sound exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP Software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a team of 5-7 employees and deal with multiple departments.
- Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills.
- Willing to adapt quickly and work under pressure.
