Job Description:

This role involves making outbound calls, taking inbound calls for international clients, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, and surveys. You will also provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an international call center or BPO
  • Fluent English with strong communication skills
  • Candidates below 40 years of age preferred
  • Must have own laptop and broadband connection
