Oracle Functional Consultant Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support to clients in the area of Oracle procurement, with a strong understanding of the Oracle EBS Purchasing Module Cloud Modules.

This role involves working closely with clients to identify their business needs and developing solutions that meet those needs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to interact effectively with clients and other IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Functional evaluation & detailed analysis
  • Designing and implementing process improvements
  • Preparing design documentation and collaborating with application teams
  • Taking part in testing to ensure new systems/solutions work as expected
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The following skills are required:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Procurement with a strong understanding of Oracle EBS Purchasing Module Cloud Modules such as Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Management and iSupplier Portal
  • Good knowledge of customization like reports, integration, OAF and Oracle Mobile applications and its related services
  • Configuration knowledge of Oracle EBS Purchasing Module such as Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Management, iSupplier Portal
  • Experience in at least 4 to 5 projects (Implementations or Roll Outs)
  • Ability to map business requirements to Oracle ERP modules and come up with the best fit and scalable solution
