Lead Oracle Demantra Consultant

About the Role

As a Senior Oracle Demantra specialist, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Demantra modules from start to finish.

This role is ideal for an experienced consultant with a strong background in demand management, trade planning, and deductions & settlement management.

  • Implement Demand Management, Predictive Trade Planning, and Deductions & Settlement Management (DSM) modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Design and configure Demantra workflows, forecast trees, and engine tuning based on demand data.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance optimization for Demantra applications.
  • Develop and execute data extraction queries, manage Demantra tables, and ensure data integrity.
  • Support integration with Oracle VCP and other ERP systems.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation for stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra.
  • A strong understanding of forecasting algorithms, trade promotion planning, and demand analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Demantra data model.
  • Experience with Oracle ASCP, EBS, and VCP is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
