Power Platform Developer

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Power Platform Developer. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development and deployment of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Design and develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of Power Platform solutions through rigorous testing and validation.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Total IT experience of 6-8 years. Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard creation.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Power Pages, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience with SQL and data integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and other Microsoft technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or similar certifications.
  • Previous experience in a lead or senior role within a Power Platform development team.
