Chief Visionary

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead cutting-edge projects in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovative solutions from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Research & Development: Design, implement, and optimize deep learning and computer vision algorithms for tasks such as detection, segmentation, tracking, and recognition.
  • Drive innovation in image analysis, medical imaging, industrial vision, and AI-powered automation.
  • Project Execution: Translate business/clinical/industrial needs into AI-based solutions, overseeing end-to-end pipeline: data acquisition, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, presenting results to stakeholders and supporting publications/patent filings.
Required Qualifications
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/mentorship role.
  • Strong track record in developing and deploying deep learning models.
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, and related libraries.
  • Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms, and model optimization.
  • Strong publication/patent record (for R&D roles) or deployment history (for industry roles).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in medical imaging, autonomous systems, robotics, or industrial inspection.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data management, annotation strategies, and synthetic data generation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
