Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies and execute detailed test plans to validate the integrity, mapping, and synchronization of customer data.
  • Validate the accuracy of customer data across various systems and integrations through rigorous testing.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of customer journeys, segmentation logic, data ingestion pipelines, and marketing automations to ensure seamless product experiences.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to ensure product quality meets business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to proactively identify issues and validate resolutions.
  • Test API integrations, webhooks, and data pipelines within the Microsoft ecosystem to ensure seamless interactions.
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy, governance, and security standards during test execution and documentation.
  • Document test results, report bugs using appropriate tools, and track issues through resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven QA experience in projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights.
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse schema and data flow within the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience testing integrations with third-party systems and familiarity with D365 CRM from a QA perspective.
  • Proficient in using tools for API testing, test case management, and defect tracking.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
