Strategic Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Project Manager to lead special projects directly overseen by the CEO.

This critical role drives a wide range of initiatives, from tactical program management to leading and delivering cross-functional priorities. It demands extensive cross-group coordination at all levels, robust product acumen, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to create executive-level presentations/decks and detailed narratives.

  • Lead strategic projects directly overseen by the CEO, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a versatile tool for solving complex problems, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions.
  • Create compelling content/presentation decks and narratives for the CEO for both internal and external use.
  • Facilitate cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment and execution across various departments to achieve strategic goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Requirements

We are looking for:

  • At least 8+ years of experience in handling strategic projects for an Office of Eminence or in a similar high-impact role.
  • A comfortable level of domestic/overseas travel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and drive results.
  • Demonstrated interest in the Education Industry, with a passion for making a positive impact.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
