We are currently hiring for a high-profile role in the IT services industry.

About the Role:

As a Delivery Leader, you will drive successful delivery of large-scale IT programs in Media & Entertainment.

  • You will serve as the trusted advisor to clients, understanding industry-specific challenges and shaping tailored solutions.
  • Leading a team of 500+ professionals, you will foster collaboration and high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Delivery Leadership: Drive successful delivery of large-scale IT programs in M&E, ensuring excellence in timelines, cost, and quality.
  2. Client Engagement: Serve as the trusted advisor to M&E clients, understanding industry-specific challenges and shaping tailored solutions.
  3. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale large delivery teams (500+ members), fostering collaboration and high performance.
  4. Domain Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of media workflows, content lifecycle, and entertainment industry nuances to strengthen delivery outcomes.
  5. Financial Management: Manage accounts ranging from $50–100 million, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and value creation.
  6. Strategic Growth: Partner with business teams in RFPs, solutioning, and contract reviews to drive account expansion.

Note: This is a senior leadership position that requires a high level of expertise and experience in the Media & Entertainment industry.
