Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Portfolio Manager to lead our large-scale insurance operations and drive growth through effective management of the portfolio's performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery across multiple insurance accounts, managing a team of professionals and overseeing the portfolio's performance excellence.
  • Drive operational strategy, ensuring compliance, client satisfaction, and efficiency metrics.
  • Own the portfolio's profit and loss statement and deliver on growth, profitability, and efficiency targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement digital transformation initiatives across the portfolio.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 15+ years in insurance, BFSI, or related domains, with senior leadership experience.
  • Global Exposure: Experience working with US/NA clients and understanding of regulatory and market dynamics.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage high-scale delivery organizations (1500+ FTEs).
  • Transformation: Hands-on experience with automation, tech-led transformation, and process reengineering.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong P&L management and budget oversight experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong executive presence and experience managing multiple client and internal stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence: Knowledge of compliance, quality, and governance best practices.
