Key Responsibilities

As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of new wash systems for washing machines and dryers, focusing on both Indian and global applications. This role involves applying analytical tools to develop unique selling propositions (USPs) and algorithms for home appliances.

You will identify and resolve potential risks through design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMEA) processes and have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues. Additionally, you must consider consumer and process partner requirements while maintaining a basic understanding of customer and marketing expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in product/technology development and testing within the home appliance domain, specifically for dryers, refrigeration, ACs, and washing machines.
  • Knowledge of global energy and performance standards, including AHAM, IEC 60456, and IS Standards.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of fluid dynamics and detergent chemistry.
  • Good communication, project, and team management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within India or other parts of the world for short or long durations.
Desired Skills
  • Knowledge of system programming languages, with Python being preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of interfacing sensors, both analog and digital.
  • Experience in design/CAD software, particularly for refrigeration and air conditioning cycles.
  • Exposure and experience in Six-Sigma, with a black belt certification being an added advantage.
  • Working experience with global teams.
  • Korean language proficiency, which is an added advantage.
Job Requirements

This role requires approximately 5-8 years of experience in the relevant field. As a System Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in product development.
