Role:

As a key member of our team at GEOJIT TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, the Incident Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Front-Line Analysts to troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution of incidents related to our supported applications.

• Work closely with Technology Infrastructure Teams, Development & Testing Teams, and Product architects to support integrated/independent releases, software/hardware upgrades, and server upgrades.

• Develop a deep understanding of the underlying technical architecture and product modules, and work closely with the development team to ensure a thorough understanding of the application and functionality when new solutions are introduced into the production environment.

• Assist with the implementation of security controls and document SOPs, Operations Handbooks, troubleshooting steps, and service restoration details.

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be experienced in working with agile environments and leading a team of 10-15 members.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT

• Relevant experience of at least 5+ years

• Good communication and presentation skills

• ITIL certification is a plus
