Role Overview:

We're seeking a seasoned Technical Implementation Engineer to join our Professional Services team. As a key member, you will work closely with the sales team to build solutions for our customers and own the implementation and onboarding of new clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end implementation of the platform based on solution design
  • Design and implement integrations between the platform and customer's existing software ecosystem
  • Execute data migration plans including cleansing, mapping, and validation of customer data and digital assets
  • Configure the platform according to customer requirements and implement necessary customizations
  • Execute implementation plans and ensure customers go live within promised timeframes
  • Serve as technical point of contact for all implementation-related integrations and technical queries
  • Create technical documentation, integration guides, and implementation runbooks
  • Conduct thorough testing of implementations and integrations before go-live
  • Provide post-implementation technical support and troubleshooting
  • Communicate technical progress and status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Work with Product Development team for technical feedback and post-implementation reviews

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology
  • Minimum 10+ years of mandatory experience in technical implementation of world-class SaaS products
  • Experience with CRM implementations and system integrations preferred
