The Role
You'll lead cross-functional teams to push creative boundaries and drive innovation in our integrated campaigns across traditional and digital media.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate briefs into powerful, clutter-breaking ideas and visual stories
- Partner with strategy, account, and production teams for seamless execution and successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain top-quality creative work delivered on time, every time
- Stay up-to-date with new formats, design trends, and creative technologies
Requirements
- 12- 15 years of experience in advertising, across mainline & digital channels
- A strong portfolio showcasing campaigns with both craft and impact
- Expertise in design, visual storytelling, and brand building
- A working understanding of copywriting to balance words with design
- Leadership skills to drive teams and inspire great work
- Ability to present and defend ideas confidently to clients
- Capacity to thrive under deadlines without losing the creative edge
