Visual Branding Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that enhances our brand presence across all marketing channels and supports our real estate development and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop high-quality visual designs for marketing materials including brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, and digital content.
- Design promotional materials for property launches, events, and sales campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and marketing materials.
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for various housing projects and developments.
A Bachelor's degree / diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is required. Minimum 15 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Coral Draw, etc.
Strong skills in layout design, typography, and color theory are essential. Experience with MS Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Xcel) is also beneficial. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards are must-haves.
Additional Requirements:- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
