
Director of Organizational Growth

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for training programs, aligning with long-term organizational objectives.
- Design and implement forward-thinking training initiatives that stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
- Oversee the refinement of training methodologies to enhance learning efficiency and outcomes.
- Ensure specific location training activities are executed effectively and quality is maintained.
- Accountable for Leadership & Team Development:
- Provide strong leadership by managing and mentoring team members, guiding them to drive performance excellence.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring trainers are well-equipped to meet organizational goals.
- Create a developmental roadmap for team members, identifying leadership potential and promoting internal growth.
- Quality Assurance & Process Improvement:
- Lead the implementation and evolution of quality management practices across training programs.
- Continuously improve training frameworks based on performance analytics, audits, and feedback.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for training effectiveness, ensuring outcomes are continuously improved.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align training strategies with broader business objectives.
- Act as the key liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication of goals, outcomes, and challenges.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Develop and implement robust performance tracking mechanisms that monitor training program effectiveness.
- Track key performance metrics, providing comprehensive reports to stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Innovation in Training Methods:
- Drive the adoption of new training technologies and methodologies to enhance learning outcomes and reduce training time.
- Stay ahead of trends in learning and development, introducing innovative approaches to improve engagement, retention, and skills application.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in training operations, process coaching, or quality management, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- HCC Knowledge: Extensive expertise in HCC coding systems.
- Leadership & Training Expertise: Advanced experience in leading, mentoring, and managing a team of trainers and managers, driving high performance and achieving training objectives.
- Advanced Problem-Solving: Exceptional ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex training, operational, and process-related challenges.
