Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a refined eye for design and create work that is simple, crisp, minimalistic, and classy, speaking to a global audience while staying true to our sophisticated and understated brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing and refined assets for digital and print platforms that reflect simplicity, clarity, and elegance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative solutions aligned with the brand's strategy and tone.
  • Mentor junior designers, ensuring high standards of minimalistic and thoughtful design.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints with a focus on clean, intuitive layouts.
  • Translate complex ideas into understandable visuals that are subtle yet impactful.
  • Stay informed about global design trends, particularly in minimalistic and luxury aesthetics, and apply them where appropriate.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising on attention to detail or design integrity.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in minimalistic, elegant, and high-end design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and use of space to create clean and balanced designs.
  • Ability to develop designs that are understated yet effective in communicating the brand's message.
  • Experience working with international teams or brands, with sensitivity to cross-cultural design approaches.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a natural sense of aesthetic balance.

  • Experience with UX/UI design, ensuring user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
