Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our Cardio-Diabetic division, driving growth and profitability through strategic business planning and marketing excellence.

  • P&L ownership for the Cardio-Diabetic division
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for growth and profitability
  • Drive brand strategy and marketing excellence for existing and new products
  • Lead sales force effectiveness and ensure achievement of revenue targets
  • Spearhead new product launch strategy
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Build and lead a high-performing team across sales and marketing
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong Sales and Marketing background, with experience in P&L management and a passion for innovation. Key skills include:

Requirements

  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Ability to drive business growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
