Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding: Understand customer context, explain how our services can ease their life, and handhold them onto our ecosystem.
- Solution Deployment: Define interventions, deploy trained domestic helps, and assign errands to Operations Associates.
- Partner Management: Work with central partners, onboard local quality partners, and oversee partner performance.
- Customer Lifecycle Management: Educate and enable customers to adopt our services, determine satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Feedback & Service Improvement: Raise complaints, queries, grievances, feedback etc., and highlight areas for resolution.
Requirements:
- Strong hospitality background or equivalent experience.
