Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Professional to lead our team in ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and services.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5-9 years of experience in the end-to-end process of provider enrollments, insurance credentialing, provider contracting, and re-credentialing.
  • S/he should have knowledge of provider credentialing and its direct impact on the practice's revenue cycle.
  • Experience with Test Management tools such as Rational Tool suite and JIRA is essential.
  • The candidate must possess strong communication skills and be able to prepare test plans, scripts, and results, as well as provide status reports.
  • MEDICARE or Commercial Claims Adjudication expertise is also highly desirable.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for quality improvement. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance our processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
