**Job Title:** Enterprise Risk Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, with 7+ years of experience in identifying and assessing operational risks across various departments.

**Key Responsibilities: **

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to identify and evaluate operational risks, develop risk assessment frameworks and methodologies, and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
  • Develop and implement risk controls and compliance with regulatory requirements, ensure the implementation of risk issues and implement corrective measures.
  • Prepare and present risk reports to senior management, manage regular risk meetings with stakeholders, monitor operational risk indicators and metrics.
  • Manage third parties, third-party contacts, external risk assessments, and issues, gather information security controls evidence from third parties.
  • Assist in the development and updating of operational risk policies and procedures, ensure policies are aligned with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Conduct UAT for ORM development and implementation, maintain and oversee business continuity management program including appropriate testing.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's/ master's degree in management, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a risk management role, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Experience in operational risk and knowledge of operational risk management framework, risk identification, risk monitoring, risk mitigation, risk reporting techniques and systems.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI or other data visualization tools.
