Key Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Operations Risk Manager to lead and manage independent projects across various operational risk management areas.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of process risk and controls, associated compliance requirements, and the financial services industry, businesses, regulators, and their roles.
  • Responsibilities include reviewing, verifying, and validating existing frameworks, policies, procedures, and risk and control matrices for theoretical soundness.
  • Additionally, the role involves meeting business needs and regulatory expectations for assessing key aspects of each area under review.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for team building, mentoring, and project management, as well as stakeholder management in a project along with project management.

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-12 years of experience in operational risk management, incident management, third-party risks, business continuity planning, loss data, risk-based process reviews, internal controls, SOP, and policies is required.
  • Educational qualification: CA, MBA, or any other relevant master's program.
  • Preferred additional certifications: Project Management, ORM certifications.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required.

Working Arrangements:

  • Full-time employment.
  • Probation period: 6 months.
  • Compensation varies depending on skill, fitment, and role played by the person.
  • Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at the company have a performance incentive.
