Revenue Assurance Project Management Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Assurance Project Manager to lead the renewal strategy, ensuring compliance and delivering measurable impact. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery. Your primary focus will be on coordinating cross-functional teams, enhancing processes, and improving policyholder engagement and retention.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in renewals, customer retention, and customer handling. A postgraduate degree is preferred, but not necessary. If you have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and can create effective MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of renewal projects
  • Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Monitor SLAs and maintain project documentation
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Underwriting, and more
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders
  • Conduct regular review meetings to track progress and resolve blockers
  • Analyze trends in renewals, lapses, and customer cohorts
  • Create MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
  • Recommend process improvements using data-driven insights
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and IRDAI regulations
  • Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain high standards
