About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Monthly Content Calendars: Plan and execute engaging content across multiple platforms, aligning with our brand voice and visual identity.
  • Lead Campaigns: Collaborate with teams to create campaigns that inspire and engage our audience, driving sales and brand awareness.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Oversee the production of high-quality content, including Reels and lifestyle campaigns, to maintain a cohesive brand image.
  • Analyze Performance Data: Use data insights to refine strategies, optimize content, and measure campaign success.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on fashion/lifestyle brands.
  • Visual Acuity: Strong eye for visuals and trends in short-form content, with an understanding of what resonates with our target audience.
  • Campaign Success: Proven track record of leading campaigns that drive engagement and sales, with a focus on brand growth.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
