Drive Digital Transformation

We are seeking an exceptional IT Manager to lead our organization's digital journey. This is a unique opportunity for a forward-thinking professional to drive meaningful change and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process management, with extensive experience in process improvement or business process reengineering. They should possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results.

This role requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years in ITSM related positions focusing on Service Design & Transition. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Project Methodologies, as well as experience with hybrid cloud, network, virtualization, compute, database and storage technologies.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to operate in a multi-skilled function globally, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and leadership, with a desire to drive innovation and progress in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the digital transformation program, driving change and innovation across the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective process improvements, leveraging expertise in process management.
  • Motivate and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new technologies, with a focus on hybrid cloud, network, virtualization, compute, database and storage technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in Information Technology.
